HELP! Can't download from satellite guys

I want to download the new openbox firmware but I get this every time.

My internet is hughesnet no problems but from this site.

Maybe just a temporary glitch, it let me download it, and I don't even have the receiver lol. Click on link, then clicked on the download button, in firefox, works here.
