help! Fssn on 93 is wonky

I have the feed up on 12014 v 4872, but the picture keeps going all artifactey... Signal strength bounnces between 20 and 37, sometimes dropping to 0. The weather is nasty right now, but CBS newspath and doc Scott hold steady. I snagged the new frequency from a poster on siouxsports.com... Perhaps it's close but not close enough?

Can anyone with a blind scan receiver verify?

12011 V 4880 or you can try 12099 H 3978

12011 is the FSSN feed and 12099 is the one at the DECC (its the same feed and same commercials)
