Help peaking Patriot 3.1m dish / Birdog ?

I'm seeing aprox 206 signal level on the Birdog meter.

I can't seem to get it to lock on the satellite using the CH AMC 18 setting.

I'm using a 17K CalAmp digital ready LNB.

The only bird I seem to be able to lock on nearby is CH Galaxy 16, which doesn't surprise me since it has 45W transponder power.

Is it unusual for the Birdog not to lock on a sat even with an acceptable level?

I peaked a 18" DSS dish on 110W today and it didn't lock either. It works just fine at the DirectTV IRD.

Anyone have any ideas?

OK, I tuned some more today.

The focal length all screwed up.

Wow a Patriot 3.1 that's a pretty nice dish you got there.

Oh yeah, and I cleared the vacated wasp nests out of the feedhorn.
