Help please can i pick up Yamal 202 at 49.0°E

I live in Lynbrook Long Island New York and well my neighibors went crazy that i installed my globecast systen in the back yard right in full veiw of there deck and there little paridise. so i am gonna be a nice guy and will look to move it but i need to know can i use my globecast sytem to pick up Yamal 202 at 49.0°E
from where i am at?? Also if i can not use the globecast system can i use another system?? i am Trying to pick up RTR Planeta sport.

They should NOT be able to stop you installing a Globecast dish (Under 1m)

Yamal 202 is not an option as its on the other side of the world

Its also a C-Band satellite that would require at least a 6' dish!

Nieghborhoods where I've installed have covenance contracts so you can't put a dish in plain site, you can't landscape without permission, can even have a lawn shed. I say that sounds like communizm.
