Help Pls. DVR Install gone wrong

I had a DirecTv install a week ago and I don't think all is well and I would rather not wait for the guy to come back in another week. I have 1 Dual LNB with 2 DVR+ and 1 Receiver. The wires are split with 2 Eagle Aspen 3x4 Switches. The DVR in the master bedroom works flawlessly as the single receiver. However the other Dvr can only find 1 tuner reception. Would anyone be so kind as to say how the wires are supposed to be split with 2 3x4 switches? Thank you

Swap the input cables on the problem DVR and see if it is the other tuner that now has a problem.
