Help plz with signal I think

hi, is it possible if I place my dish at another place I can't receive the same signal than before. I have 2 dish, the first one is connected and I have all my channel but something happen to my second wire for the second receiver so my dad bought another satellite with a new wire, I install the second dish at another place but now I only have channel that I don't need to pay. someone know what's going on

Your discussion of "dish", "receiver", "wire", and "satellite" is vague and confusing. It would help a lot if you could provide such details as receiver model, programming provider (Dish/DirecTV/whatever) and so forth.

In general, a second receiver needs to be activated by your programming provider (Dish/DirecTV/whatever) before you can use it. If you call your provider, they'll probably be able to help you get all your channels back.
