I'm new in this, I'm asking for help in order to get signal from satmex 5 and or galaxy 10R.
My equipment is the next:
FORTEC LIFE TIME ULTRA
DISH FORTEC 120 CMS.
LNBF C BAND GEOSAT PRO C2
LNBF UNIVERSAL KU BAND CHAPARRAL
The problem here is that my fortec life time ultra was purchased brand new on 2004 and it was uploaded with the fortec software, and at that time I pointed one dish to INTELSAT 5 (GALAXY 25) without problems and I'm still watch all those chanels., And now I installed a new dish and I tried to point to satmex 5 but I can't get quality, also is the same with galaxy 10R ., I'm not sure if I have to upgrade the software for the transponders or waht I should do.
