HELP - - Trying to setup HR21-700

D* just installed a KaKu dish with an upgrade to the HR21-700.
Please advise what are the best settings (crop,stretch, native) to go with my 40" Sony xbr (4x3) tv.

It is very confusing compared to the HR10-250.

If your using a NON HD TV, I would go with native, no need to stretch or crop if it's a SD TV.

The tv is HD but a 4x3.

Native is still the best choice. Then HD content will be displayed in letterbox.
