Help with a 6' Fortec c band dish polar mount

This the first time I have put together a Fortec polar mount and I am uncertain whether or not it's put together correctly. I have two questions:

Is that the way polar mount is suppose to look?
Where do I make dish elevation adjustments?

The long threaded rod on the mount by the pole is for Elevation/Latitude.

The two threaded rods towards the top, are for setting Declination.
