Help With Anik F2 at 111.1W

I'm trying to aim a CBand dish. I'm at -111.04W, so I figured I should use Anik F2 to aim the bud (on a polar mount).

I can get signals from 107.3 and 113W but 111W seems to be dead? Is anyone able to get any MPEG transponders from it? I've been looking for 3865H5000 but had no luck.

If anyone can confirm 3865H5000 is active, or suggest something else, I'd appreciate it.

3865 H 5000 is there. It's not a very strong signal though. It's data, so nothing will scan in, but you should be able to lock it.
