help with c band lmb

A 4 foot dish would only bring in the strongest C-band channels. A six foot dish is minimum for reliable reception. A 3 foot dish will give you ...... well, your already getting it! Nada..... Your system would need to be optimized to get even a hint of a signal with a 3' dish.

Consider purchasing at least a 6' if not 8' or 10' dish to receive C-band.
 
I am trying to locate 91 W with a 3ft antenna and a dmx242 lnb but i cant even get a signal.
you answered your own question there....

need a bigger dish as SatelliteAV mentions
