Help with FTA circuit

Hi:

This is my first attempt at connection; hope I am doing it right.

I have a Uniden 590 receiver and a DMT-2050NTSC receiver, a C Band antenna/LNB and just installed a dedicated KU Band antenna. The later is fixed.

Skyvision sent a hook up diagram for two splitters and a DiSEqC switch with the digital receiver.

I intend to use the analog receiver to position the antenna and to continue to receive analog signals on various satellites on C Band and the digital receiver for reception on the C Band and KU Band on a single satellite at present. I may add a positioner on the receiver at a later date.

Will this set up work for me?




C BAND SPLITTER 1 C BAND
LNB REC.




KU BAND SPLITTER 2 DiSEqC MPEG-2
LNB SWITCH REC.

Splitter 1 to analog receiver in and "A" in on switch. Splitter 2 to "B" in
on DiSEqC switch.

Maybe easier to connect the C-Band receiver to the Loop-Output of the Digital receiver and connect the C and KU dishes to the switch.

The C-band LNBF would would need to be a newer model with 15-16V Polarity switching.

I may have missed something. Somebody help me.
