HELP with install

Hello all, This is my first ever sat system and I am in need of some help. It is a bell system with 6131 HD recever. the dis cam with 2 LMB's a SW44 switch and a power box. The instructions that came with it only show hooking up more than one dish or recivers. I tried using the switch with no luck so i ran one coax cable direct direct from the dish to the reciver and it works but I have no HD. Can some one tell or show me a diagram on how to hook this up.? Got to page #10 and think of 110W as Bell's 82W satellite (which has the HD channels) & think of 119W as Bel'ls 91W satellite.

Once you have the wiring correct and you dish pointed correctly you will need to do a check switch. Since you have no HD channels you are probably pointed at 91W.

Thanks i will try that in the morning, one more question will the switch work if it is not grounded? i havent grounded it cause I have to run such a distance to get to the ground rod on the house.

Yes the switch will work fine without a ground.

Set the SKEW on the Dish first.
Aim by using a line from 91 LNBF to the Receiver ONLY. No Switch nothing, just a direct line.
When you have 91 Peaked, add the second LNBF and Switch.
Ensure that Port #1 on the Output Side of the SW44 has the Power inserter on it.
Run Check Switch (Menu 6, 1, 1.)
