help with old directv dish

I just got directv hd service and they left the old dish with me. I thought that i could use it for my camper. I think i need a LNB , any advice for a satellite novice or am i way off base and need to buy complete portable unit

moved to DirecTV forum

yes you can use that old dish in a camper. Did they leave the whole dish and LNB assembly (LNB being the "eyes")

If you need the LNB assembly, then maybe this one will work.

WOW,
The SINGLE LNB's are still $28 bucks

You would think that they would not even sell the singles anymore.

Radio shacks & walmarts use to sell the single lnbs. Every now and then I see one on a clearance rack. I'd say more of a going rate for one is $10 or so.

Notice you don't see any triple lnb or Slimlimne or sidecar lnb's for sale either.
