Help with Slingbox PRO HD

I couldn't connect to my Slingbox over the LAN so I did a factory reset. The network light flashes and the streaming light glows. The box is not picking up an IP address. I have tried two routers and neither will get the sling on the network. All of my other network equipment is picking up IP addresses properly. Any suggestions?
