latitude 40 N longitude 74 W the LNB is set at 24 DE... west and only get 45% signal intesity / 10% quallity thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum. A little bit more info will help. What receiver do you have? Dish? Lnb? What satellite are you looking for? Do you have active transponder info programmed into the receiver? Lets go step by step, it's actually easier if everything is "on the table".
