Hello i just bought two receviers from fta world and can't get then to work they are Ariza Xtreme.

Work with what? Helps if we know what you are using other than the receivers.

dish size
LNB type
locations
motor involved?
what satellites you are trying to aim at

ya know...stuff we need to help

The satllite is 18 inches. The LNB is dss dual lnbf imput frequency.12.2-12.7 ghz.lo 11.25 ghz the satllite i am try is thor but when i scan said nothing to up date.

Thor? What kinda satellite is that? Never heard of it.

I found Thor lol

I dont know where you are, but Thor is listed at 1degree W, lyngsat shows it at .8degrees but whatever its location, I don't see how anybody in North America could pick that one up. Seems to be KU-band only satellite. You'd have to be right in its footprint to get it with a 18inch dish though, I believe.

dish is too small. You need a 30" or larger dish and a KU band LNBF to get the FAT stuff
