Highest level to dispute billing & service online.

Does anyone have an e-mail eddy to the highest level possible to voice and/or dispute service and billing to the concern? I looked on the site under contacting us, and can't find anything beyond the normal cyphens for new business and presumably easier ways for us to give them our money.

I have a bonifide sit here where DTV has walked into this party with a keg of vasoline and they're eyeballin' me and walkin at great pace in my direction. I ain't havin' it.

If anyone knows of means of contacting someone other than the phone bank clerks I'd really appreciate it! Thanks.

We assume the email address leads to rupert murdoch or to one of his staff ?
