Hi
I was just wondering if anyone can tell me what I need to do to hook up a 3rd receiver to a dish1000 with only 2 outputs.
Thanks!

get a switch DP 34 or DPP 44 and run one more cable room dish to the junction in the switch you need one line per satellite and one line per receiver ( also depends on receivers you have maybe need 2)

also do a little research here today it was asked 2 already

I wouldnt recommend using a DPP twin with a DP34 switch. Doesnt seem to last. DPP44 works fine but is pricey. You may just want to swap out your dish for a dish 1000.2. You can get the whole dish usually for less than a DPP44 switch. That way you would have 3 lines to receivers, no power inserter, no ugly switch.

If you go the DP34 route I would suggest using a DP twin or 3 DP duals.
