Just want to get some opinions on whether this will work.
As my sig says; I have Dish500-->DPPTwin-->DPP44
From the DPP44
#1 goes to power inserter and 301 upstairs
#2 goes to separator to both inputs on 625 down stairs(LV)
#3 goes to 301 down stairs.(BR)

#3 Before going to the 301, this signal goes into a diplexer along with TV2 from the 625. One cable thru the wall to another diplexer. This give me TV2 from 625 and the regular Dish signal( #3 ) to the TV in that room(BR).

So I want to get rid of the 301 in the downstairs(BR) and replace it with a 625.

I'm thinking that the current cable from the diplexer that feeds #3 signal to the TV can be feed into the separator for the new 625 in the downstairs(BR).
That would give me TV1 and TV2 from the new 625 and TV2 from the current 625 on the downstairs(BR) TV.

Record 4 and watch 2 Yeah.:D

So what do you say. Yes, No, WTF who cares.

Aside from the fact that you've sloppily used the term "splitter" where you absolutely must use the term "separator", what you are proposing will work.
