Hopper 3 and Wally

Currently have a Hopper 3, 2 joeys, and a wally (at a second location) I want to swap the wally for one of the Joeys., and get rid of both Joeys. is this a direct swap? Just disconnect cables form Joey and connect to Wally?

The Wally needs a satellite feed just like the Hopper. To do this, you will need a DPH42 switch.

The joey already has a satellite cable to it ( not wireless) I'm guessing the DPH42 switch gives power to that cable?

Sorry; it's a MoCA cable from the Hopper and not a direct satellite feed. You need to go from your DPH LNB to a DPH42 switch. From the switch, then one cable would go the Hopper and another cable to the Wally.

This is what I believe is necessary from reading other experts here. I never had a Wally and do (or did) have an H3 and 2 J3's just like you do (or did).

It would look like this except just one wally and no splitters. The second port on the right side if switch would go direct to the wally.
