Hopefully the 309 version will fix the main drive space clean up problem. I have a grand total of one (1) 1/2 hour program on my internal DVR guide and it's been climbing for a week now and is at 26% full even with deleting everything in Prime Time and emptying the Trash and waiting for the overnight reboot.

Did you try a pull the cord reset?

But what is the initial 100's digit on those J software versions?

J1XX=Wired Joey 1
J2XX=Wired Joey 2/Wireless Joey
J3XX=Super Joey
J4XX=4k Joey
J5XX=Wired Joey 3

No idea what the WXXX versions are, if I were to guess maybe Wireless Joey/AP software invisible from diagnostics? (my Wifi Joey shows J207)
