Hopper 3 remote control issue

Hi everyone,

I have a kind of "dumb" Hopper 3 remote control question.
(I say dumb, because probably that procedure is a piece of cake)

How can it be unpaired a remote control that does not work?

I don't know if that procedure is easy or not, since I'm not a dish tech.

The easiest way is to call up the System Info or Diagnostics screen which lists your paired remotes on the right side. Each remote should have a Locate and an Unpair button. Click on the Unpair button.
