Hopper 3 Start-up

So on two of my TVs (a Joey and the Hopper3) when I turn on the TV I see the menu screen. On the other Joey it goes right to the previous channel I was watching and skips the menu screen. I can't seen to find the way to get all TVs to start at the previous channel and skip the menu screen.

Does anyone have knowledge on how I can program things to make this happen?

The Hopper 3 always goes to the Home screen when powered on. There is no user setting to change that.
