Is it possible to download recorded programs, movies, etc, from the H3 to EHD for viewing in RV and Wally?

No; the EHD is useless on anything other than a Hopper or VIP receiver on your account. That said, you can leave the program on the internal disk and play it elsewhere using DishAnywhere. You can also convert it for transfer to your smartphone or tablet.
