I'm scheduled for a 1H/2J install at a new location. I will not have wired network available at any of the receiver locations. I have broadband into a wireless router(no chance of running wired connection to any receiver location) in my office.

I'm assuming the only way to supply Internet access(sling box, etc...) is via HIC in my office. The question is, am I correct and will the installer have this and provide it?

Thank you

if there's coax already run from the office to where the node will be, then yes he would use a hic.

(If there's no coax run to that office, then he might stick a wireless adapter on the hopper. Based on the document below, they would generally only run new cable for TV everywhere customers who are using the sling adapter.)

they're supposed to install in this order: https://docs.google.com/viewer?pid=...91e5791363971a81d6e39&a=bi&pagenumber=1&w=882

here's the general wiring diagrams: http://www.satelliteguys.us/hopper-zone/279755-hopper-joey-wiring-diagrams.html
