Hopper installation Fees and charges.

I live in Puerto Rico.
Hi, I have few question and I have been looking around but has no concrete answer.
I am installing Hopper this next weekend,
Currently I have one 6' dish with legacy lnb (119), and one 4' dish for the (110). A dish dp44 legacy one.
I know that for the hopper you need everything to be dish pro plus.
So they practically have to install everything as a new customer as they have to install the new little cute antenna with dpp switch and maybe rewire.
Will this cost me anything?
Will i have to pay anything, directly to the technician?
I spoke with a representative and he assures me the technician will take care of it.


And the other question, does PTAT is working on Pueto Rico.

Hopper install (if you paid the upgrade fee, whatever you were quoted) includes the install. Can't speak to PTAT in PR.

I spoke on the chat, the will upgrade me to 2 h/ 3 J, the rep says for free. Ask again and the upgrade fee is waived for the years of service loyalty etc...
