Both Hoppers we have lose recorded shows part way thru them. A show will have been recorded and it shows up as fully recorded. Part way thru the show while fast forwarding thru commercials, it will just lock up and after a while give the Delete,DVR, Live Tv option. Even if you go back to DVR and try to start over the show is only partial. This happens far too often and drives my wife crazy.

What are we doing wrong?
 
Try watching libe while it is recording and see if anything abnormal happens and also play back the video and compare. Not sure what's happening, but I've seen that before.
