I wonder if the channel shows in the guide regardless of what model someone has ? I would hope not though as it might disappoint some people !

Does that mean that S620 added support for the Netflix app ? The original info was that the H2K lacked something on the hardware side to allow Netflix.

What is S613?

Another question I have is in regards to some sort of major update that my Hopper w/Sling had last night. Took quite a while, but the end result was a software upgrade to S528 NEBB. I haven't noticed 528 mentioned before, so can anyone tell me how this differs from my original S525 software?

Most likely bug fixes and some think that this is the ground work for the Carbon UI.

For what it's worth, my H2K finally updated to S613 about an hour ago.

Just got home from "clubbing". Got S528 at 12:58am MST. A jump from 525. First off the titles on the CD channels are missing again. The "guide" is still ugly as sin. If this is a "series" of updates to fix things in preparation, things ain't gettin' fixed. Who knows what else is broken. Like it's been said again and again, "they break more than they fix with each roll out". I'm getting really scared about the new Carbon UI. If they can't contain a simple update, what's gonna happen then?!

But then what's Christmas without the disaster surprise? Off to see what . . .

I am thinking you might have other issues if you are seeing those problems since the updates from the past few weeks did not touch anything on the box except updates for the security card system.

I am told nothing else has been touched.
