Are they not both 2 pin connectors (male Joey, female plug...slightly rectangular w/lock clip)?
 
They are but they both have a small plastic notch on the bottom of the connector and the Wireless Joey notch is smaller than the regular Joey's
 
The wireless Joey power supply has a higher amperage rating.
