Houston Tracker I manual ?

I was hoping to find a compact standalone box to move the actuator and provide a position readout. I guess I'll gut the associated parts from the Toshiba receiver that I already have and put it into a smaller box.

Anyone know if the V-box can be made to work with a 24v actuator ? The ads that I've seen all state that it works with a 36v actuator.
