How can I see my current contract?

Yes. It is the contract you signed at installation or upgrade (the Residential Agreement) that the technician presented to you--and you signed. That is your contract. And while retailers ought to have an on-line copy per customer, they DON'T. My aunt lost her contract she signed with Sears and took possession of when she purchased the TV. There was a dispute. Guess what. Sears said they could not find a copy of her contract, "oh, someone could have entered even just one wrong digit and now it is "lost," they told her. Of course Sears got their way and charged the higher interest since my deal aunt could not produce her paper copy of the original contract.

Take the your yellow customer copy of the Residential Agreement and and make photocopies so that if you lose the original, one of your copies can be used as proof.

After they redesigned the website a little while back they actually had a section that told you the date your contract was up. I haven't seen it recently, though.
