How do you skew the LNBF on an eliptical Primestar dish?

I have an 84e dish with the standard LNBF that came with it. I can't figure out how I would skew this lnbf. My guess is that the feedhorn stays stationary and the LNB cylinder rotates behind it? Just wanted to check before I mess with it.
