How does 2yr commitment work?

Let's say I sign up today and get an R10 receiver and sign up under the 2yr commitment.

Then the R15 comes out next month and I get one of those. When I add it to my account do I agree to an additional 2 yr commitment (bringing my total to 3 yr + 11 months), or does it just bump back to a full 2 years?

Then lets say the new MPEG4 DVR comes out next March and I buy one to replace the R10. Am I breaking my 2 yr commitment by canceling the R10 and activating the new unit?

Not positive, but I think it just reverts to 2 years. In other words 2 years is the longest commitment you will ever have.

its not going to add on it will just ovelap starting that commitment from that day

Yes I changed my system 3 times in one month and the last upgrade is the date they start the 2 years at. Don't forget the Straightjacket for the Commitment.....lol
