I gave a friend of mine a club dish referral number about a month ago. How long before I see this credit show up on my bill? Is there any recourse if it was not processed correctly?

June 17th: Credit officially begins - First Billing Cycle for Friend
July 8th (or whatever your specific day is): Credit actually posts to your account About 3 or 4 weeks after first billing cycle.
According to Dish:
Please allow 8-10 weeks following the activation of your friend's system for your $5 credit to be reflected on your account.
