Walt, At first she could not find my phone number in her records. Then she went away for awhile. When she came back, she said I did not qualify. I asked why, since I have had distant feeds continuously for 16 years. She said it was because Dish is providing me locals.
NPS is also a Dish retailer. I think she looked at the database retailers have access to.

I just called she told me she could not find anything with my phone number. IT is the number that is on my dish account. She told me when this happens it means that i do not qualify.
This is really screwy and it sounds like they're a whole lot more "affiliated" with Dish than we were led to believe.
If they
ARE affiliated with Dish, then this whole thing is NEVER going to get through the courts because of the "in concert" part that Greg mentioned.
If they
ARN'T affiliated with Dish, then according to the FCC, LiLs from Dish shouldn't matter and why in the heck are they using numbers that relate to our Dish account anyway? In fact, why the heck can't they use an actual prediction model like "E" & "D" do to qualify and then get receiver numbers if and when you qualify?
Hey Bob, if you talk to her again, ask her if you could get them if you drop your Dish LiLs.
