Does anyone know if this is possible? I already have 2 dishes one for the eastern and one for southern arc. I would like to hookup one more tv. Do I need to buy one more receiver for this because dish networks policy is up to 4 tvs per house.

Dish's limits are four leased tuners or six receivers total. If you are maxed with the leased tuners, you can buy the next receiver.
Note that this should be 4 independent TV's with leased receivers. The 612 is a dual Tuner receiver, but only counts as 1 in a lease. For example, you can lease a 211,722 & 612 Even though this is 5 tuners, it can only operate 4 independent televisions. Anything beyond this needs to be purchased, and if you cannot install it yourself, the installation (and any additional LNBs/switches that need to be used) will be charged to you as well.

First receiver has the programing fee, each additional receiver will either have a lease fee or additional receiver fee, usually the same amount. Dual tuner receivers may also have an additional tuner fee, if the receiver is connected to a phone or dsl, this fee should be waived.
