How to request Directv programming?

I've become aware of a provider - GoodLife TV Network - that has some old shows that don't seem to be running anywhere else: I Spy, Man From U.N.C.L.E, The FBI (Efrem Zimbalist, Jr), F-Troop, Combat!, Kung Fu, Little Rascals, Superman, etc.

If you have a BUD you can get it, but I'm not willing to go that route.

What is the most effective way to suggest to DirecTV that I'd like for them to pick up this channel. If bandwidth is a problem, start dumping shopping channels!!

Well, I tried the simple approach - I called DirecTV 1-800-DIRECTV (347-3288) and got though the auto-attendant maze to a live person and asked them if they had an item on their customer screen that permitted a customer to request programming that is not currently carried - and they said that they did!

So, I told them I wanted to be able to receive this channel. The rep indicated that if enough people call in and request a channel it will eventually get someones attention.

Now it's your duty to go out and inform everyone how wonderfull this channel is and have them all call D*! Hehe..
Just a FYI... You can call with any concerns or requests and there is a field in our main program to enter your comments/requests whatever they may be. So they don't just get lost in your account notes that only the CSRs will see.
