How to Reset Dish 311?

I need to reset the lock passcode on my 311 how is it done?

I tried a hard reboot by holding down the power button and unplugged it for awhile but couldn't get it to accept my passcode.

Any help appreciated gang

You have to call dish to have that reset.

You can press the button if your age are 18+ and you're the person who's name listed in Dish account !!!
