Hi... I have two HR-20 HD-DVR's and one R15 DVR... I want to try to peak my antenna alignment (gonna pose a separate question about that) and it would be useful if I could use the "audio feedback" feature on one of the HR-20's that is located near a window that is near my antenna on the roof... But I have been unable to get any audio output from either of my HR-20's while the same audio feedback feature on my R-15 works fine... That feature, by the way, is in Setup/SystemSetup/Sat&Ant/ViewSignalStrength/SignalMeters/AudioFeedback. I read in a couple of places (but not widely) that that feature does not work on the HR-20's due to a Directv bug... I asked Directv but they were not helpful.... I have both my HR-20's hooked up with an HDMI cable providing the output video and audio... I did try using the RCA jacks as output to see if that would allow the audio feedback to work but it did not (though afterward I realized that I had failed to disconnect the HDMI for that attempt, meaning both the HDMI and the RCA output jacks were hooked up simultaneously for that test)... Can anyone confirm (or deny) that this "audio feedback" capability does NOT WORK on the HR-20 HD-DVR's???? I have both a -100 and a -700 unit and can't get audio feedback out of either one... Of course I could move the one R-15 unit and hook it up where the HR-20 lives but it's just more work... Any thoughts??? I appreciate any help on this issue... thanks... bob...
