HR20-700 and Whole-home service

Will a HR20-700 work with Whole-home DVR service (Not DECA)? The whole-home does not show up in the setup like it does on the HR21 and HR23.

I have my HR20-100 connected on my LAN along with my HR23 and it works just fine. Of course, I had to get DirecTV to authorize it in unsupported mode.
