HR20-700 Dual Tuner Issues

I am having an issues with getting both tuners to work on the HD20-700. I have two boxes with the same problem. First let me tell you I have 3 coax feeds coming down to where the box is located. If they are plugged in to sat1 all three feeds will allow the box to receive a picture. The problem is only one of the feeds will allow the box to locate the sat on original setup and acquire the data guide.

First, you need 2 separate feeds to the HR20 for dual tuners. Either 2 of the 4 direct from your dish or 2 from your switch (which has the 4 feeds from the dish going into it).

Now once you have that then if you only had one tuner before, repeat guided setup for the box. Once that is done you most likely will need to "red button reboot" it to get it to recognize the 2nd tuner as usable.

Then it should all work just fine.
