How do I find out if my equipment is included with this upgrade?
A couple of weeks ago they sent upgrade software for my DVR and HD units but I don't think my regular units were upgraded.

This release downloaded last night. First thing I noticed is that all the graphics are gone...guide ads, movie covers, etc. Was this part of the release, or should I reset my receiver (HR20-700)? The last few days it has been responding really slow, even after a reset. Seems to be a little better this morning.

Update. Getting graphics now...guess it took awhile to download. Receiver is back to it's normal slow operation.

Do you have an HR20-700? Mine is intermitent...some days slow, some days fine.

Could be on it's last leg I suppose. Never had any problems with it other than the slowness.

Never mind, you did, try the CE tonight and see if that helps...

Your Welcome, my HR20 - 700 is on the national (has a problem with tuner 1, won't get the HD channels, so won't do the CE's).

Yup, that, B-band converters, even swapped rooms with the HR24 (have the HR20 in my Bedroom, HR24 in my 3D room) no luck... tried both leads & converters when it was in the 3D room also... anytime there is a software update it freaks and tuner 1 ends up on OTA and I lose guide data.
