MY HR21 is freezing everyday and I have to reboot it once a day now. I know many are having this same issue, but is DTV just okay with us rebooting everyday to "fix" the problem? Is it hardware or software based? So far, despite the great picture, I've been very dissatisfied with the product.

My major problem is sometimes the light flashes and the remote works and other times the light doesn't flash and the receiver won't respond...
