HR22 HDMI stopped working?

Tonight, in the midst of a pretty mild rainstorm, our power flickered, and the HR22-100 we have turned itself on and off. When it restarted, though, the HDMI connection with our Sony Vega TV stopped working, and we could only get picture over the component video connections.

The HDMI worked fine for the last 6 months. Tried disconnecting the cable, restarting the box, futzing with various resolution settings. Unfortunately I don't have another cable to see if it is the problem.

Any ideas how to fix this short of calling D* and begging for a new box?

Your first step is to get a replacement cable.

The final step is to put the DVR on a UPS.

And...miraculously, it started working again this morning.

I'm gonna pick up a new cable, just in case...

Did you get a UPS to help the unit through those power flickers?

Also test it with a Xbox360/Playstaion3/WiiHD/DVD before assuming its the box. Sonys and Samsungs do have HDMI issues from time.
