HR24-100 not updating software

I got an HR24-100 that will not update software to the latest version. Its still on the cyclone logo software 0x803. I tried forcing an update but it got stuck on searching for software. I checked rhe RedH software watcher site and the latest version is still greyed out.

If it's greyed out, it's not in the stream ...
Is the HR24 still getting updates at all ?

The firmware for some older models aren't in the stream 24/7, if you just leave it connected it should eventually upgrade on its own when it's available.
