HR24 DVR100 CALLER ID

MY CALLER ID DOE NOT WORK 90% OF THE TIME.I TRY REBOOTS AND IT WORK A FEW TIME AND THEN IT DON'T.

Do you by any chance have DSL as your internet provider?
If so, is there a DSL filter on the phone line to the HR24

Plug a phone in that jack and check for noise on the line.

I had the same trouble, and did the same temp fix. Finally, they brought me a new reciever and it works all of the time.
