HR24 vs HR21

How much slower is the HR21 compared to the HR24? The installer only has one HR24 with him and the other is an HR21. I told him no go on the HR21 and his boss is looking to see if another installer has on on their truck because they are completely out.

If you used local they should be able to tell you what they have in the warehouse.

Oh wow. Definitely glad I said no. He told me the HR21 was a refurb and two wrongs don't make a right.

My only complaint right now is the HR24 does not work reliably, for recordings, with the AM21.
