Here's my current setup. I have a HR-54 on a 4K tv in my basement. I have a 1080p TV in my living room with a wireless mini. There is no cable up there in that room to connect a receiver, which is why I went with the wireless mini. I decided I wanted to see what it would cost to upgrade equipment so I can get the 4K channels on my tv in the basement.

What I'm wanting to know is if the HS-17 is still on a limited release? The chat agent that I talked with absolutely refused to swap out my HR-54 for a HS-17. He said my only two options were to move the HR-54 to the living room and install a 4k mini in the basement or to add a 4k mini to my account and have the HR-54 just sitting there not connected to a TV. And in the process costing me another receiver fee for a receiver that isn't being used. And obviously moving the HR-54 to the living room is going to be really expensive, if not impossible, as it's going to be extremely difficult at best to get a coax cable run there.

Thanks. I just wanted to make sure that it was available nationally. Thought it odd that they wouldn't even give me the option of swapping out to the HS-17. I'll have to give it another try in a couple of days. Got to love CSR roulette.
