Twice within the past month or so I have turned on the TV to find all the recordings on our HWS gone. An unplug/replug reset fixed the issue both times. Today I turned it on and there was picture on the TV, but also a hard drive failure error message, instructing me to do an unplug/replug reset. I did so, but the reboot took much longer than usual. I tried watching some programming from the DVR and was able to for about 5-10 minutes before the receiver completely froze up and I was unable to do anything. Another unplug/replug reset with a long reboot and I have picture again, but I am assuming my HWS is not long for this world. It is less than a year old!

DIRT - is my HWS dying? If so, can you help me get a replacement? Thanks!
